Town Square is a great family resort, featuring spacious accommodations with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities like pools and outdoor games that kept my kids entertained. However, parking can be a nightmare due to the tight underground spaces, which nearly damaged my vehicle during our stay. Overall, while the resort provides a lovely environment, the parking situation definitely needs addressing.

The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, perfect for a larger family. However, we had some issues with our unit, as the second bedroom had twin beds instead of what we expected.

While the maintenance staff responded quickly to our needs, our overall service experience was mixed, as some of our requests could not be accommodated.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around Gatlinburg.
